Meet Me There is operated outside the European Union. For anything in this notice, write to hello@mmthere.com.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for:

• your email address;
• the role you pick — attendee, organizer, sponsor or brand, or investor;
• the language your browser reports;
• the version of the consent wording you saw, and when you confirmed it.

We don't ask for your name, and we don't create an account for you.

Why we collect it

To email you when the waiting list opens, and nothing else. The basis for that is your consent: you give it by clicking the confirmation link we send you. Until you click, nothing about you is stored on our side.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email has gone out, and no longer than 12 months after that. We delete it sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to.

Who processes it

These providers handle the data on our behalf:

Cloudflare

hosts and serves this site;

Resend

delivers the confirmation and launch emails, and stores the waiting list;

Google Analytics

reports website traffic statistics.

We don't sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile you.

Cookies and local storage

The waiting-list form keeps one value in your browser's local storage: a flag that says whether you have joined. It holds no email address, it stays on your device, and it disappears when you clear your browser data.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can always write to hello@mmthere.com. We act on requests as we receive them.

Children

The waiting list is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If this notice changes, we update this page and the date below.
